1. Booking & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We may require a deposit to secure your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Payments & Refunds

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Deposits, if required, are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduling occurs within the cancellation window. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with a service, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of  10 is allowed; beyond that, we may need to modify or reschedule your service, and a late fee may apply. No-shows will result in either a deposit forfeiture or 50% no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

4. Salon Etiquette

We strive to maintain a relaxing and professional environment for all clients. Please respect our staff and other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum and silencing mobile devices. Children are welcome if receiving a service; otherwise, we ask that they remain supervised. Disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure the best results, we cannot guarantee that services will always meet individual expectations. Before their appointment, clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities. Brianna Birt Hair Design at Sunrise Salon and Sunrise Salon are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed conditions or previous hair treatments.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during appointments, such as contact details and preferences, is used solely for scheduling and service improvements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
